2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide us through the newsletter subscription form (name and email address), as well as technical data automatically generated by your browsing on the site (IP address, device type, operating system and pages visited).
3. Purpose of the processing
Your data is used to (i) inform you about new real estate crowdlending opportunities in the Dominican Republic, (ii) send you commercial communications from Meritrox, (iii) analyze the use of the site in order to improve our content, and (iv) comply with the legal obligations applicable in the Dominican Republic.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent granted when completing the form, on the execution of the pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and on compliance with applicable legal obligations, in particular Law 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic.
5. Retention
Data will be kept for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter and do not request its deletion, and for an additional maximum period of five (5) years after the end of the relationship, solely to address any possible claims.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer your data to third parties except when required by law. We may use hosting providers, email delivery services and traffic analysis providers that act as data processors and are obliged to keep the information confidential.
7. Your rights
